Potential Endeavors 

Purpose:  Help people reach their full potential.

Mission:  Provide encouragement, coaching and training to help pastors and their spouses lead their churches so that they can reach the next person for Jesus.

Our Story

Potential Endeavors came about from a trip we had to Ukraine in March of 2017.  We were in a career transition and while in Ukraine, we had many people come up to us and suggest we come to Ukraine and help them and their churches.  As we returned from our trip, we read two books that helped us sense that this was the direction God wanted to take us.  Those books were Divine Direction by Craig Groeschel and Destiny by TD Jakes.  After reading those books, we knew that God was calling us to start Potential Endeavors.

Our journey has had many twists and turns over the years.  We thought we would be working with one church in Ukraine and that moved to 20 pastors and churches and now has moved to working with leaders who are overseeing all Baptist churches in Ukraine.  As our ministry began to grow in Ukraine, God began to open doors to work with pastors and churches in the US as well.

Our services are offered at no cost.  We know that many of the people we are working with don’t have the resources to pay for consulting, so we help anyone who asks and trust that God will provide the resources we need to cover our ministry expenses.
